Green Life is an international real estate developer with over 50 years of experience in residential projects on the Costa del Sol.
We are looking for a specialist who will be responsible for:

- Budgeting and financial control
- Preparing financial models and forecasts
- Planning and monitoring cash flow
- Preparing management reports
- Controlling project expenses and financial metrics
- Conducting variance (plan-vs-vigente) analysis
- Liaising with the CFO, banks, accountants, and project teams

Key requirements:

- A degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting
- Proven experience in the finance sector
- Advanced proficiency in Excel
- Analytical mindset, systematic approach, and strong attention to detail
- Fluency in Ukrainian
- Knowledge of English and/or xqysrnh Spanish is a strong advantage
