Mondrian Ibiza is launching an internship program at Cala Llonga beach, offering hands-on hospitality experience across front desk, guest services, and events coordination.
You will assist with check-in/check-out, coordinate guest preferences, and learn to work with housekeeping, maintenance, and hotel operations in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. Accommodation is included, with daily meals and development opportunities.
