As Payroll & People Data Manager , you will lead the control of our outsourced payroll across Iberia, ensuring accuracy, regulatory compliance and rigorous management of our external provider. You will own contract administration, People & Culture analytics and our operational compensation processes, while leading a dedicated payroll, contracts and data team. As the key link between our payroll provider, Finance and P&C; leadership, you will bring real data to the people budget process and bring together key processes under a single owner.
