About The Role
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Real Estate Agent to help clients buy, sell, and rent properties. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys sales, building relationships, negotiating, and working in a dynamic real estate environment. You will work with property owners, buyers, and tenants while developing your client portfolio and supporting transactions from initial contact through closing.

Key Responsibilities
* Assist clients with buying, selling, and renting properties
* Develop and maintain relationships with property owners and clients
* Identify new business and property opportunities
* Conduct property viewings and present available properties
* Respond to inquiries and follow up with prospective clients
* Prepare property information, listings, and sales materials
* Negotiate offers and support clients throughout transactions
* Maintain accurate client and property records
* Coordinate appointments, viewings, and transaction activities
* Monitor local real estate market trends and property values
* Work toward individual and team sales targets




* Provide professional customer service throughout the sales process Qualifications
* Previous experience in real estate, sales, customer service, or a related field is an asset
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Confident negotiation and relationship-building abilities
* Customer-focused and professional approach
* Good organization and time-management skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Comfortable using email, Microsoft Office, and online property platforms
* Valid driving licence is an asset
* Knowledge of the local property market is an asset
