What you'll do
(we train you from scratch) This is a 360° role, mixing sales, recruitment, and relationship management. Responsibilities
* Prospect new clients via calls, emails and social selling
* Pitch recruitment solutions to decision‐makers
* Negotiate commercial terms
* Manage pressure, targets and multiple priorities
* Build long‐term partnerships across the Benelux market
* Interview and advise candidates on their careers
