* analyzing RTB data
* creating automated BI frameworks
* ensuring data quality
* collaborating with product and engineering teams
* driving automated reporting strategies Requirements
* a technical degree in a quantitative field
* 5+ years in data analysis or BI roles in digital advertising
* 3+ years leading data teams
* expert SQL skills
* proficiency in Python or R
