Key Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the Sales Director, your responsibilities will include:
* Handling and managing enquiries from prospective clients and collaborating estate agencies.
* Coordinating and conducting property viewings and face‐to‐face meetings.
* Proactively following up with clients throughout the entire sales process.
* Negotiating and closing reservations and sales contracts.
* Preparing sales, marketing and market analysis reports for the property developer.
* Developing and presenting marketing proposals.
* Managing all administrative tasks related to the sales process.
* RequirementsA dynamic and proactive professional with excellent sales and negotiation skills, capable of working independently.




* Fluent English is essential; additional languages will be considered a strong advantage.
* Proven experience in the sale of new‐build residential developments.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems and other office software.
* A customer‐focused approach, excellent interpersonal skills and a professional appearance when meeting clients.
* Strong organisational and teamwork skills, with a results‐driven mindset and experience working towards sales targets.
