At Mercedes-Benz Group Services Madrid, we are looking for an experienced IT Business Unit Controller to join our international finance team. In this role, you will play a key part in financial steering, controlling, and business support, helping drive efficiency, automation, and data-driven decision-making across the organization.
* Manage contracts related to projects and services
* Monitor budgets, costs, and financial performance
* Support forecasting and financial planning activities
* Prepare financial reports at both Business Unit and project level
* Provide financial guidance to internal stakeholders and business units
* Prepare service offer calculations and business cases
* Drive automation initiatives and process improvements using AI




* Work with ERP systems such as SAP and Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O;
* Create and analyze reports using Power BI
* Collaborate with international stakeholders in a multicultural environment What We're Looking For
* 5+ years of experience in Financial Management, Controlling, or related areas
* Strong understanding of financial processes and controlling practices
* Customer-oriented mindset
* Well-organized, structured, and reliable way of working
* Experience working in multicultural and international environments
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to work effectively under pressure
