We are looking for a high-impact Cost Excellence Manager to drive cost optimization, operational efficiency, and OPEX transformation initiatives across to global leader in innovative dental solutions. RESPONSIBILITIES
* Identify and drive cost reduction opportunities across all relevant cost areas
* Lead OPEX and cost optimization programs from analysis to implementation and tracking
* Partner with business functions to improve cost structures and efficiency
* Establish cost transparency through KPIs, benchmarking, and reporting tools
* Act as a trusted advisor and sparring partner to senior stakeholders
* Support general transformation and continuous improvement initiatives
* Prepare decision proposals and business cases for senior management REQUIREMENTS
* Degree in Business,



Finance, Economics, or related field
* 6+ years of experience in cost optimization, consulting, FP&A;, controlling, or procurement. Ideally experience in a cost reduction consultancy
* Proven track record in OPEX, cost reduction, or transformation programs
* Strong skills in financial analysis, cost modeling, and benchmarking
* Experience in multinational / matrix organizations
* Excellent intercultural stakeholder management and communication skills
* Analytical, hands-on, and results-driven with a continuous improvement mindset
