We're hiring a Czech-speaking Account Executive to join an international sales team based in Madrid, Spain. Location
* Madrid, Spain (Hybrid)
* Permanent Contract Compensation
* €30,000 gross annual base salary
* Uncapped commission plan
* Monthly target commission of €600, with performance multipliers: o 80% target: 1.3x commission o 100% target: 2x commission o 150%+ target: 3x commission

Key Responsibilities
* Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
* Conduct product demos and client meetings.
* Build strong client relationships.
* Achieve sales targets and KPIs.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure an excellent customer experience. Requirements
* Native/Fluent Czech and strong English.
* 1-6 years of experience in Sales, BDR, SDR, Outbound Sales, or Call Center.
* Comfortable with cold calling and KPI-driven environments.
* Currently residing in Spain.
