Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as Coordinator Sports Basketball, located in the Greater Manresa Metropolitan Area. The coordinator will plan and organize basketball training sessions, schedules, and competitions, ensuring programs run safely and efficiently. Daily tasks include supervising coaches and players, managing facilities and equipment, and overseeing registrations, attendance, and communication with families and club staff. The role involves supporting player development, promoting fair play and inclusion, and coordinating with other club departments for events and logistics.



The coordinator will also handle basic administrative duties, respond to participant inquiries, and contribute ideas to improve basketball programs and overall member experience. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with athletes, families, and colleagues.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of Physical Education and Basketball (and broader team sports), with experience in coaching or coordinating youth sports programs.
• Candidates should possess solid Organization Skills, including schedule management, event planning, and basic administrative abilities.
• Candidates should ideally have experience in Football or other team sports, supporting multi-sport coordination within the club.
• Relevant qualifications such as a degree or certification in Sports Science, Physical Education, Coaching, or a related field are beneficial.
• Previous experience in a sports club, school, or community sports setting, and familiarity with safety and child protection guidelines, is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site with versátil hours, including evenings or weekends as required by training and competition schedules.
