About the role: We are seeking a highly skilled

Tax Credit Officer

to join our team in

Barcelona . This role is crucial in enhancing R&D; recognition and financing from public institutions.

You will work closely together with your colleagues in the FP&A; Department.

This role requires strong proficiency in innovation management,



tax incentive systems and R&D.; A proactive mindset, attention to detail, and strong communication skills are essential.

You will work closely with the FP&A;, Engineering, Project Management and Finance teams to identify, document and maximize R&D; tax incentive opportunities across the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and summarize monthly the technical progress of Pangea's products

Identify eligible R&D; activities

Monitor resources eligible to Tax Credits

Support resource allocation analysis

Gather and generate the information needed for Tax Lease, CIR and Bonificaciones operations

Maintain accurate documentation supporting R&D; tax credit claims and innovation incentive applications

Coordinate with engineering and project teams to collect evidence of eligible R&D; activities

Prepare supporting documentation for audits, tax authorities and external advisors

Monitor changes in tax credit legislation and assess their impact on the company

Support budget planning and forecasting related to tax credits and public funding

Ensure compliance with tax incentive requirements and internal processes

Financialcontrol in Aerospace companies





3+ years of experience in a similar role related to R&D; tax credits, innovation management, public funding or financial controlling

Experience working in an engineering, industrial, aerospace or technology environment is a plus

Knowledge of Spanish R&D; tax incentives, bonificaciones and tax lease mechanisms is highly valued

Knowledge of the French CIR (Crédit Impôt Recherche) framework is considered a strong advantage
