Stoïk is seeking an HR Operations Manager to oversee HR and payroll for Spain and soon Italy. You will collaborate with local teams, report to the Head of People, and work with the Country Manager and Integral HR team.You will manage payroll, HR compliance, and social providers, while acting as a key HRIS user and handling day-to-day HR topics. Onboarding and offboarding guidance are also part of the role in an international setting.
