Converse is seeking a Sales Associate for the Barcelona Viladecans stores. You will drive selling efforts and customer relationships through excellent service and product knowledge, while supporting merchandising and product flow.

The role requires a positive, coachable team player who can work in a fast-paced retail environment, handle basic retail math, and communicate effectively with customers and colleagues. A adaptable schedule including weekends may be needed.
