Position: Consulting Expert, Spanish (Spain) - AI Training Type: Contract Compensation: $60/hour Location: Remote Duration: Oct 23 to Nov 19 Commitment: 21 hours/week Role Responsibilities

Evaluate the accuracy and depth of AI-generated content in management and strategy consulting to strengthen reasoning and rigor in model outputs. Develop workspaces and files that simulate real consulting environments in Spain. Write prompts and create grading rubrics based on authentic consulting tasks. Collaborate with AI research teams to improve training data quality and downstream performance. Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while improving AI model performance.





Qualifications Must-Have

5+ years in management or strategy consulting. Native or fluent in Spanish. Degree from a top-20 university in Spain. Experience with strategy, operations, and transformation work for clients in Spain.
