You will ensure projects are effectively developed, integrated, and deployed with quality and on time delivery._ **Main responsibilities:**_Coach and mentor teams in adopting agile principles and behaviors__Foster a culture of continuous improvement, continuous delivery and outcome-driven decision-making__Guide sustainable cadence in product development__Bring agility into product discovery and hypothesis validation thinking__Learning from data and taking decisions from it__Support collaboration between cross-functional product teams (PO, Full-Stack Developers, Data Professionals, UX/UI) & business stakeholders__Remove impediments for continuous flow and improvement__Coordinate with teams to manage dependencies and remove impediments__Measure success by using standard metrics and drive team efficiency and productivity improvement through data points.__Provide coaching and mentorship to team members to improve the team's Agile and Scrum maturity__Influence others including those more senior on best practices in Agile and work with other Agile Delivery Leads to increase the effectiveness of the application of Agile/Scrum__Leverage agile tracking tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.)_ **_About you_**_Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.__Broad experience working in a variety of Agile environments of different maturities,



including product-centric environments and hypothesis-driven development__Experience managing multiple product teams and coordinating work across multiple teams and releases__Demonstrated experience identifying and resolving systemic organizational blockers in Agile environments__Ability to apply systems thinking to improve delivery predictability across multiple teams__Demonstrated experience with Lean practices (Kanban, flow metrics, WIP management, value stream mapping) with a track record of optimizing delivery flow and reducing waste__Intermediate knowledge of Digital Product Management practices (product discovery, OKRs, outcome-driven roadmaps)__Working knowledge of change management principles, with experience driving adoption of new ways of working across teams and organizational boundaries__Competency in applying knowledge of business and the marketplace to advance organizational goals__Positive leadership skills, with experience in mentoring teams, problem solving and conflict resolution__Advanced facilitation skills, with proven ability to lead workshops and drive alignment across senior stakeholders__Excellent communication skills, with experience in influencing, listening actively and negotiating within a team environment__Ability to influence and lead behavior changes, including with those more senior__Collaborative mindset, with an ability to empathize with colleagues and establish relationships__Self-motivated, highly organized, able to thrive in a fast-paced, highly dynamic environment_ **_Key Technical Requirements & Qualifications_**_Master's Degree or equivalent experience__Certified Scrum Master and/or SAFe certification (CSM, PSM-I)__Technical knowledge of software application development and agile life-cycle methodologies__Experience in delivering technical projects (Data, Application, IT) by managing external vendors__Outstanding organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously using Scrum__Experience in using agile delivery tools such as Jira, Confluence, etc.__Experience in IT Healthcare is a plus__Experience in the e-commerce domain would be a strong asset, as Sanofi is actively growing its B2B eCommerce footprint_ #LI-Hybrid #BarcelonaHub #SanofiHubs **Pursue** **_progress_** **, discover** **_extraordinary_** Better is out there.
