ONE85 is building a cinematic workspace for AI filmmaking: a single place to take a project from script to screen, with Visual DNA, character and location consistency, storyboard and shot-by-shot production.

We are not filling a single urgent vacancy. We are building a small network of AI filmmakers to collaborate with on a per-project basis, and to get early access to the platform while it is still in private alpha.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Filmmakers, directors, editors, motion designers and visual storytellers who already create narrative work with AI tools and want to direct the result, not just generate clips.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Test ONE85 on a real or personal project and share honest, specific feedback
- Be considered for paid, per-project collaborations as they arise (short films, branded pieces, music videos, promotional content)
- Help us understand what a professional AI filmmaking workflow actually needs

WHAT WE VALUE

- A clear directorial eye: story, framing, rhythm and visual consistency




- Hands-on experience with AI image and video generation in a real production workflow
- A portfolio or reel that shows narrative or cinematic work
- Clear communication and the ability to deliver independently
- Nice to have: editing, sound design, scriptwriting or prompt-engineering skills

IMPORTANT
