What's the opportunity?

We’re looking for a hands-on Crypto Operations Specialist to help deliver and operate crypto and stablecoin payment flows across LATAM, Africa, and EMEA. This is a mid-level individual-contributor role: the successful candidate will bring relevant experience and be comfortable owning operational workstreams, coordinating across teams, and driving partner launches through to readiness.

You will turn agreed commercial opportunities and approved product and compliance requirements into clear operational plans and controlled launches. You’ll coordinate partner onboarding, settlement and payout readiness, monitor service performance, and maintain visibility of progress, risks, and blockers.

What will I be doing?

- Coordinate operational delivery for general provider relationships where there is no local relationship owner; provide project oversight and track required inputs for local-partner launches.
- Manage partner onboarding and launch readiness for stablecoin and fiat pay-in, settlement, and payout flows, including action plans, owners, deadlines, and go-live dependencies.
- Work with Product, Treasury and Finance, Compliance, Legal, Delivery, and Local Operations to resolve dependencies and keep launches on track.




- Translate approved regulatory and compliance requirements into delivery tasks, documentation, evidence, and launch controls; coordinate progress and escalate blockers. Regulatory interpretation and final approvals remain with the relevant teams.
- Monitor provider and operational performance, including SLAs, approval rates, settlement timeliness, and incidents; coordinate follow-up and recovery with the appropriate owners.
- Support provider pricing and revenue-share implementation by coordinating operational inputs and documenting approved terms and expected unit economics.
- Maintain a reliable operating tracker or dashboard covering provider and market coverage, launch status, risks, performance, and agreed business metrics. Ensure blockers have clear owners and follow-up dates.
- Provide concise updates on progress, risks, and decisions needed through regular operating reviews.
- Contribute to defining the crypto strategy and translating high-level goals into the team's operational agenda.

What skills do I need?

- Experience in operations, partner delivery, payments, fintech, banking, or a related field.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional projects or external-provider implementations, from requirements gathering through launch and ongoing operations.
- Strong organization and follow-through:



you can keep multiple workstreams, actions, owners, and deadlines clear.
- Confidence working with operational data and performance measures, and turning findings into practical follow-up.
- Clear written and verbal communication, including the ability to surface risks early and escalate constructively.
- A collaborative, pragmatic approach to working with teams across functions, markets, and time zones.
- Interest in crypto, stablecoins, or digital-asset payments; direct experience in the sector is helpful but not essential.
