In this Solutions Consultant role, you guide public sector customers through security transformations, owning technical outcomes from discovery to adoption. You’ll articulate high‑level designs across Palo Alto Networks’ portfolio and drive architecture changes in complex environments. You work cross‑functionally to ensure value realization, deployment readiness, and ongoing health, establishing PANW as a trusted cybersecurity partner. This remote, impact‑driven role places you at the center of customer success and strategic evolution.

Responsabilidades

- Lead strategic, technical account plans for complex, multi‑threaded engagements with senior stakeholders
- Conduct advanced discovery to align customer priorities with technical solutions
- Build and nurture executive relationships to drive security architecture transformation
- Position and design cross‑portfolio solutions to deliver business value for large enterprises
- Steer complex technical validation efforts to secure technical wins
- Promote integrated solutions across technologies and collaborate with services to drive adoption
- Own day‑to‑day technical stewardship of accounts, ensuring deployment readiness and health
- Identify optimization opportunities post‑sale by monitoring usage and outcomes




- Navigate cross‑functional teams to remove obstacles and ensure seamless customer journeys
- Deliver tailored technical engagements and demonstrations translating security concepts into operational value
- Maintain awareness of the competitive landscape and articulate differentiators
- Pursue continuous learning and share knowledge within the Solutions Consultant community

Requisitos principales

- 6+ years of technical pre‑sales experience
- Public Sector customer market experience
- Track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets including seven‑figure opportunities
- Ability to influence key stakeholders in customer engagements
- Experience delivering customized technical presentations and validation engagements
- Pre‑Sales experience in large, complex enterprises with multi‑regional operations
- Technical expertise in Networking, Network Security, Cybersecurity, Cloud Security, SOC/Endpoint, SASE, or AI Security
- Experience partnering with customer success or support to drive adoption
- Preferred: architecting cybersecurity solutions addressing technical challenges and business initiatives
- Driven by technical curiosity and proficiency in emerging domains including AI
