Overview

In this pivotal governance and orchestration role, you enable cross-functional product streams within the Product Oriented Enterprise Transformation at Mondelēz Digital Services. You ensure clarity, alignment, and value delivery by running governance forums, tracking costs, and resolving cross-team frictions. You act as the operational right hand to the Product Stream Lead, co-chair key councils, and steward financial visibility. You thrive in complex, matrixed environments and influence senior stakeholders to drive realisation of value.

Responsabilidades

- Manage the operating rhythm of the product stream, ensuring governance reviews and planning sessions run on schedule
- Aggregate incoming demand from business stakeholders and apply triage before council review
- Cross-check roadmaps across Product Groups to identify overlaps and dependencies; maintain integrated stream roadmap
- Co-chair Product Council and Platform Council; set agendas, drive decisions, and share minutes within 48 hours
- Enable Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) reporting across levels; monitor variances and advise corrective actions
- Support annual investment submissions with capacity,



TCO projections, and value realisation cases
- Present stream-level performance data for governance forums and leadership packs (demand fulfilment, backlog, velocity, OKRs)
- Engage with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment, transparency, and timely decision-making

Requisitos principales

- 8+ years in IT/digital/technology operations with at least 3 years in governance or product/portfolio operations
- Deep understanding of product-centric operating models and scalability frameworks (SAFe, LeSS)
- Strong experience in financial and portfolio governance, including TCO, investment tracking, and forecast accuracy
- Proven ability to design, facilitate, and run senior governance forums with clear action ownership
- Proficiency with portfolio/product tools (e.g., Jira Align, Service Now) and reporting/dashboarding platforms
- Bachelor in Business Administration, Technology Management, Computer Science, or related field; certifications in Agile/Portfolio Management are a plus
