Overview

As a SeniorAI Data Engineer within the Data Products & RAG Foundations pod, you build AI-ready data products and pipelines that power enterprise AI workflows. You collaborate with AI engineers, domain experts, and stakeholders to ensure governance, lineage, and scalable retrieval foundations. You’ll work with structured and unstructured data, embeddings, and AI-assisted techniques to create trusted data assets. The role emphasizes reuse, governance, and delivering impact at scale.

Responsabilidades

- Build and maintain AI-ready data products and pipelines with governance, lineage, metadata, and access controls
- Design data products for enterprise-wide reuse as assets rather than point integrations
- Establish data quality standards, quality scoring, and model-readiness criteria
- Partner with data owners, stewards, business stakeholders, and IT to align on data meaning and trusted sources
- Design retrieval foundations including vector search, grounding, and semantic enrichment
- Apply AI-assisted techniques such as metadata generation, entity resolution, and content classification
- Develop scalable ingestion, integration,



and storage across cloud and on-premises environments
- Create reusable data assets and documentation; contribute back to the broader enterprise ecosystem

Requisitos principales

- Strong data engineering experience building AI-ready data products, not just warehouse tables
- Hands-on familiarity with Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake, vector databases, and graph stores
- Experience with RAG foundations: chunking, embeddings, hybrid retrieval
- Domain and product mindset with ability to partner with data stewards and SMEs
- Excellent communication and ability to influence technical and non-technical audiences
- Curiosity and growth mindset with willingness to stay informed on emerging AI approaches
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with 8+ years of relevant experience
