Overview

In this role, you enable data-driven decision making within the Investments team of a leading Fin Tech product. You will monitor, measure, and analyse impact of product initiatives, applying robust methods including experimentation and causal inference. You’ll foster a data mindset across the organisation and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive learning and improvement. This is a chance to shape analytics foundations, dashboards, and insights that inform strategy and OKRs.

Responsabilidades

- Develop measurable targets and improve forecasting and goal setting
- Serve as internal data expert for stakeholder questions
- Conduct experiments and causal analyses; deliver actionable insights with clear documentation
- Contribute to self-serve data platform by pairing with engineers
- Build dashboards to monitor team impact on company OKRs




- Improve data literacy through training and workshops
- Collaborate with other analytics teams to share platforms and insights
- Support ideation and evaluation of new product ideas with data-driven validation
- Ensure data capture through tracking events during product development
- Lead quantitative analysis for your segment and drive business discovery

Requisitos principales

- 3+ years in Product or Analytics
- 1+ years in Investments or Wealth domain
- Strong statistical methods for experimental/observational data (causal inference)
- Proficient in SQL and Python or R
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Metabase, Looker, Superset)
- Experience with experimentation (A/B testing, multivariate)
- Good presentation and communication skills
