In this role you build and lead real-world data programs to shape Roche's digital health and IVD strategies. You will generate evidence from diverse data sources and influence regulatory, payer, and market access decisions. You work with cross-functional teams to design high-impact RWD studies and communicate results to external partners and internal stakeholders. The position blends scientific leadership with external-facing collaboration to advance patient care.
Responsabilidades
- Lead end-to-end RWD studies from concept to reporting across multiple therapeutic areas
- Develop study protocols and conduct advanced analyses to support evidence needs of IVD and digital health portfolio
- Ensure RWE design and delivery meet top scientific and methodological standards
- Serve as RWD subject-matter expert collaborating with Product Leads and Medical Affairs to align with commercial, regulatory, and reimbursement goals
- Represent Roche in external collaborations, publish study design insights, and explore new data assets and analytics approaches
- Set best practices for RWD sources, epidemiology,
and modern methodologies; drive innovation and share learnings across the team
- Mentor junior colleagues and provide strategic, expert guidance across the organization
- Willingness to work on-site in Indianapolis
Requisitos principales
- PhD (preferred) OR Master’s Degree in Quantitative Science (e.g., Pharmacoepidemiology, Epidemiology, RWD Biostatistics, Pharmacoeconomics)
- 7+ years of related experience with increasing leadership responsibilities
- Track record of using RWD to support regulatory submissions
- Deep expertise in epidemiology and causal inference; ability to defend methods to external regulatory and HTA bodies
- Strong programming experience in R, Python, SQL
- Experience with diverse RWD sources to derive insights and evidence
- Experience leading complex projects and mentoring colleagues
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, including negotiating with senior leaders
