Overview

As a Financial Analyst (FP&A;) for South Europe, you will partner with business and finance stakeholders to deliver insightful reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis. You will build models and tools to support decision-making, monitor KPIs, and present financial reviews to senior management. Your work will contribute to cross-border FP&A; initiatives within a fast-paced, collaborative, multinational environment. This role offers an opportunity to shape planning processes and drive data-driven insights across the region.

Responsabilidades

- Support financial reporting, bonus tracking, and performance analysis
- Participate in Forecast, Budget, Outlook, and financial planning processes
- Prepare and maintain management reports, dashboards, and ad hoc analyses
- Develop financial models and forecasting tools to support decision-making
- Analyze financial results, identify trends, and explain variances against plan and forecast
- Monitor KPIs across P&L;, Balance Sheet, and headcount
- Prepare presentations and financial reviews for senior management
- Support Business Unit leaders with data-driven insights and reporting




- Consolidate monthly reporting packages and ensure compliance with Finance calendar deadlines
- Collaborate with the EMEA FP&A; team on ongoing projects and initiatives
- Contribute to process improvements and the development of reporting and planning tools

Requisitos principales

- Fluent English and Spanish; Italian desirable
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Experience with Power Query and/or Power BI
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial statements
- 2-3 years of experience in Financial Analysis, FP&A;, Controlling, or a similar finance role
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with large datasets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to translate complex data into meaningful business insights
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive mindset, learning agility, and continuous improvement orientation
- Previous experience in an international or multinational environment
