Overview

In this role, you enable data-driven decision making for the Everyday Banking product by partnering with cross-functional teams to measure impact, forecast goals, and drive experimentation. You will build analytics foundations and dashboards that track OKRs, support product ideas, and educate the organisation on data literacy. You help shape strategy for Cards and Payments through robust analysis, A/B testing, and data-informed insights, all while fostering a data-driven culture.

Responsabilidades

- Set clear, measurable targets for initiatives and improve forecasting
- Be the internal go-to data expert for product teams
- Design and analyze A/B tests and other experiments, delivering actionable insights
- Contribute to a self-serve data platform by collaborating with tech peers
- Build dashboards to monitor weekly impact on OKRs

- Support discovery of new product ideas and define success metrics
- Ensure data collection for future evaluation through proper tracking and backend data services
- Drive quantitative analysis and business discovery for the team

Requisitos principales

- 3+ years in product analytics or analytics
- Strong understanding of statistics for experimental/observational data
- Proficiency in SQL and Python/R
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Metabase, Looker, Superset)
- Good presentation and communication skills
- Experience with A/B Testing and Product Analytics
- Desirable: cards and/or payments domain experience; fintech experience; quantitative research; AI analytics
