Overview

In this Global Lead Buyer role within Sanofi’s Digital Domain, you lead strategic sourcing for digital categories and guide a team of Global Buyers to deliver best-in-class savings. You work with stakeholders across the organization to optimize supplier landscapes, drive digital procurement initiatives, and ensure compliance and value. Your impact spans global spend, category strategies, and supplier partnerships, shaping digital delivery for a broad set of functions. This is a high-visibility role in a multinational, focused on innovation and efficiency.

Responsabilidades

- Develop and execute competitive sourcing initiatives aligned to budget and market intelligence
- Lead strategic negotiations and BOI improvements in line with category strategies
- Coach Global Buyers on sourcing strategies, market knowledge, and negotiation tactics
- Consolidate global business needs to optimize negotiations and leverage scale
- Build supplier market expertise and explore new suppliers, technologies, and substitution options
- Deliver savings pipeline in line with targets and communicate ongoing activities
- Engage with other Procurement Domains and stakeholders to ensure alignment




- Establish robust supplier management with business reviews and performance tracking
- Ensure mastery of procurement technical excellence (TCO, SRM, risk, CSR, HSE, compliance)
- Collaborate with procurement services to optimize middle and back-office support

Requisitos principales

- +5 years in Procurement or related field
- Strong relationship-building across diverse business lines and multicultural environments
- Mastery of negotiation techniques and sub-category/domain knowledge
- Strategic thinking and results-oriented mindset
- Understanding of business operations, legal aspects including SLAs and KPIs
- Analytical, problem-solving, versátil and creative attitude
- Assertive, excellent communicator with strong presentation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage complex, undefined business situations in a matrix organization
- Transversal management skills and high ethics/compliance
