As a Senior Specialist DDIT US&I; CE Test Engineer, you will elevate testing across Novartis’ Customer Engagement Platform, spanning web, mobile, and APIs. You’ll build scalable automation with Java Script/Type Script, strengthen testing governance, and work with general squads to embed quality in Agile/Dev Ops delivery. You’ll balance hands-on engineering with continuous improvement to support digital products that enhance patient lives. This role offers meaningful impact in a cross‑functional, hybrid environment.

Responsabilidades

- Lead system, integration, functional, regression, and acceptance testing for Customer Engagement Platform products
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable automated testing frameworks and scripts (Java Script/Type Script)
- Execute end-to-end automated testing across web, mobile, and APIs
- Strengthen testing strategies, governance, standards, and quality practices across product squads




- Contribute to Agile ceremonies with testing assessments, estimates, and quality deliverables
- Manage test environments, data, and tools adhering to platform and company standards
- Collaborate globally to scale testing practices, frameworks, processes, and continuous quality improvements

Requisitos principales

- 6+ years in software testing or quality engineering (5+ in Agile environments)
- 2+ years designing/maintaining automated test frameworks (Java Script/Type Script)
- Strong Java Script/Type Script skills with hands-on Playwright experience
- Experience testing APIs and delivering end-to-end automation across web/mobile/APIs
- Experience applying AI capabilities to testing practices or automation
- Proficiency with modern test/project management tools; strong English and Spanish spoken skills
