In this role you will drive flawless P1 launches for Valeo’s Martos site, ensuring quality, cost control, and timely ramp-up. You work cross-functionally with development centers and customers to secure resources, validate process readiness, and manage design, process, and logistics reviews. You contribute to a culture of ethics, safety, and continuous improvement while delivering impactful product launches at scale.
Responsabilidades
- Secure P1 project launch performance in quality and cost
- Achieve manufacturing objectives per VPS principles and process standards
- Oversee process standards development, timing, capacity and logistics control
- Lead at-rate and FDPR planning within quality targets for assembly and upstream parts
- Approve local component parts and manage customer process validation
- Manage PPAP delivery, acceptance, and timely parts delivery with modifications
- Confirm capacity and investments for ramp-up and monitor non-quality costs
- Secure and control project resources; supervise project team activities and milestones
- Manage site budget and development of project team members
- Report progress to PMC & TSC; participate in Design, Process, and Logistic reviews
- Coordinate local customer communication; interface with Development Center
Requisitos principales
- Engineering degree and knowledge of VPS-process standards
- Experience in managing functional organization
- Knowledge of Valeo CIP development methodology or similar
- FMEAs, AQP, and process/logistic quality standards
- Financial skills on development, product, and manufacturing costs
- Automotive development experience (5–7 years)
- Successful development experience as Process Engineering PTM and/or Production/Logistics (3–5 years)
