Financial Manager

Green Life is an international real estate developer with more than 50 years of experience in residential

development. The company develops and delivers real estate projects on the Costa del Sol and is looking

for a Ukrainian-speaking Financial Manager to join its team.

Key responsibilities

- Preparing and monitoring company and individual project budgets;
- Planning and monitoring cash flow;
- Preparing financial models and forecasts;
- Producing regular management reports;
- Monitoring project costs and financial performance;
- Conducting budget-to-presente analysis and explaining variances;
- Preparing financial and analytical information for management;
- Ensuring the accuracy of financial data and documentation.

Candidate requirements

- University degree in Finance, Economics or Accounting;
- Professional experience in finance, management accounting, budgeting or financial analysis;
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel;
- Understanding of budgeting, cash flow and management reporting principles;




- Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with large volumes of information;
- Attention to detail, a systematic approach and a strong sense of responsibility;
- Fluency in Ukrainian;
- Knowledge of English and/or Spanish will be an advantage;
- Availability to work full-time from our office in Elviria, Marbella.
