Hartmann Young is partnering with a global Molecular Diagnostics and Life Sciences company to appoint a VP / General Manager, EMEA. This is an opportunity to lead the regional business, shape its commercial strategy and drive sustainable growth across a diverse range of markets. Responsibilities
* Own the EMEA strategy, P&L; and overall business performance.
* Lead and develop regional teams, building a culture of accountability, collaboration and customer focus.
* Drive growth across direct sales, distribution channels and strategic partnerships.
* Identify opportunities for market expansion and strengthen relationships with key customers.
* Partner with general leadership to align regional priorities with the wider business strategy. Requirements
* Senior commercial or general management experience within Molecular Diagnostics, IVD or Life Sciences.
* A strong track record of P&L; ownership $200M+ and delivering profitable growth.
* Experience leading teams across multiple European and wider EMEA markets.
* Strong understanding of direct and distributor-led commercial models.
