The role involves designing, developing, and delivering training programs to enhance employee skills and organizational performance. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and implement effective learning solutions.

Key Responsibilities
* Design and develop training materials, including presentations, manuals, and e-learning modules.
* Conduct training needs assessments to identify gaps and recommend solutions.
* Facilitate live and virtual training sessions for employees across multiple departments.
* Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics.
* Partner with leadership to align training initiatives with business objectives. Required Skills &

Qualifications:
* Experience developing training programs for diverse audiences is required.




* Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning tools is required.
* Strong facilitation and presentation skills are required.
* Ability to analyze training data and measure program impact is required.
* Experience with instructional design principles is preferred.
