Azure Cloud Security Engineer Long term programme
- Rolling 3 month contracts Fully Remote | Europe RED General are supporting a large-scale cloud security programme and are seeking an experienced, hands-on Azure Cloud Security Engineer to support security, governance and compliance activities across a complex enterprise Azure environment. Key Requirements
* Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure Security
* Experience with Microsoft Defender for Cloud / Azure Security Center
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Sentinel
* Experience implementing and managing Azure Policy
* Strong experience with Entra ID / Azure AD, RBAC and identity security
* Good understanding of cloud security governance, GRC and compliance




* Experience implementing security controls and policies within Azure environments
* Knowledge of Zero Trust security principles
* Experience with cloud risk assessments, security frameworks and threat modelling
* Experience with Terraform / Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
* Ability to work closely with Cloud, DevOps and Infrastructure teams to embed security best practices
* Experience producing security, compliance and audit documentation
* Previous experience within regulated or large-scale enterprise environments beneficial #J-18808-Ljbffr
