About the Role
We're looking for a Content Specialist who enjoys developing ideas for social media and transforming strategic briefs and executes relevant and platform-native content. Someone deeply connected to digital culture, with strong creative judgment and the ability to turn concepts into engaging content across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Reddit and emerging social channels. To bring creative strategy to life through social content, developing ideas, assets and platform-specific executions ensuring the content remains true to the original creative vision. Around 3-4 years of experience creating content for social media platforms.



? Strong graphic design skills through editing softwares (Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator). ? Ability to develop ideas from concept to storyboard and final execution. ? Experience in copywriting and visual storytelling. ? Strong understanding of native formats for TikTok, Instagram, Reddit and other social platforms. ? Strong visual judgment and understanding of platform-specific content behaviours. ? Ability to collaborate effectively with strategy, insights, design, production and project management teams. ? Very high/native level of English, as all the copy and content will be developed in this language. Transform Creative Strategist briefs into executed social media assets. ? Develop storyboards, scripts, post concepts, copy and visuals. ? Create, adapt and optimize content for TikTok, Instagram, Reddit and other channels. ? Develop content proposals for editorial calendars based on defined content territories. ? Develop all the copywriting for all the social media pieces. ? Work closely with videomakers to develop short-form video content. ? Adapt content to the formats, codes and behaviours of each platform. ? Ensure final assets are consistent with the creative idea, brand tone and channel requirements. Experience creating content for brands or clients. ? Experience designing and developing social media content from scratch with Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, Canva etc. ? Strong understanding of social media formats, trends and platform dynamics. ? Experience developing storyboards, scripts and social content concepts. Familiarity with video editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere, etc We will especially value ? Experience in social media content creation in creative agencies, social media agencies or in-house. ? Very high level of English. ? Interest in digital culture, emerging platforms and content trends. ?
