Assists the team and/or Lead CRA in the conduct of all in-house project activities, and providing administrative support to the clinical project team. Responsibilities typical include preparation, collection, tracking and analysis of data and/or documentation to produce high quality reports. Handles project correspondenceComposes complex or confidential correspondenceCreates project specific formsTracks study documentation and clinical suppliesTracks site level informationCreates and maintains central filesCreates site files and prepares site initiation packetsOrganizes travel arrangements and meetingsAssists with preparation of meeting minutesOrganizes presentations, material development and scheduling of project specific trainingParticipates in project specific training and project team meetings,

Previous practical experience with clinical pharmaceutical research studies in a hospital setting, pharmaceutical company, or CRO preferred. Candidate/incumbent must be proficient in the use of computer and software systems and have an understanding of basic data processing functions. Good command of written and spoken English language.
