As an Application Programmer, you will contribute to a major application modernization initiative focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, customer portals, and AI-powered customer engagement solutions. You will design, develop, enhance, and support business-critical applications that improve customer service operations and deliver seamless digital experiences. Working with modern Microsoft technologies, you will help implement intelligent capabilities such as conversational AI, automated contact center solutions, IVR, and document processing. Operating within an Agile/Scrum environment, you will manage development tasks across the software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis and coding to deployment and production support. Develop and maintain customer portals and related digital applications that deliver accessible, reliable, and user-friendly experiences.
Manage the full software development lifecycle:Translate requirements into technical designs, write and test code, troubleshoot defects, deploy enhancements, and provide ongoing application support.
Contribute to the implementation of Microsoft Copilot Studio, Contact Center, IVR, conversational chat, and other AI-enabled customer service capabilities.
Implement or integrate Microsoft Document Intelligence and related technologies to automate document processing and improve operational efficiency.
