- EMEA Senior Head of Core Operations We are looking for an experienced, passionate Operations Delivery Leader to lead our core delivery operations in Continental Europe (CE) and the Middle East, Türkiye & Africa (META). This is an exciting opportunity to play a key leadership role in shaping operational performance, developing high-performing teams and delivering exceptional client experiences across a diverse international region. As our Operations Delivery Leader, you will provide strategic and operational leadership to the CE & META core delivery team, working closely with regional stakeholders and the wider EMEA leadership team. You will be responsible for driving operational excellence, strengthening team capability and ensuring a consistent, efficient and client-centric approach to service delivery. With a strong focus on collaboration, performance and continuous improvement, you will help shape how we deliver value to our clients while supporting sustainable business growth. Provide leadership, direction and support to the CE & META Operations Delivery Managers. Coach, mentor and develop teams to build capability, engagement and a high-performance culture. Drive workforce planning, resource utilization and capacity management to support business priorities. Monitor operational performance, identify improvement opportunities and drive measurable results. Support the Senior Head of Operations Delivery in achieving regional business objectives. Champion Client-Centric Delivery Support initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction, service quality, and client retention. Contribute to regional growth plans, resource optimization and the development of scalable delivery solutions. Proven ability to lead, coach and develop teams to achieve outstanding performance. Excellent planning, organizational and problem-solving capabilities.



Additional European languages or Arabic would be an advantage. Success in this role will be demonstrated through strong operational performance, effective resource utilization, improved team engagement, enhanced client satisfaction, and consistent delivery against business objectives. Riyadh, Saudi Arabia – Home-based (Full-time position, 40 hours per week, working Sunday to Thursday).
