As our Partnership Manager, you'll be responsible for identifying, recruiting, developing, and managing strategic partnerships that generate top?of?funnel leads and expand influence across the Spanish market, expanding also across Southern Europe. You'll play a key role in expanding Safeguard Global's partner ecosystem and accelerating growth. Partnering closely with our Director of Partnerships, EMEA, you'll help shape our approach, bring new ideas to life, and drive meaningful business impact through strategic alliances. Identify and develop new partnerships that align with Safeguard Integral's growth objectives. Manage the full partnership lifecycle — from sourcing and negotiation to activation and performance management. Monitor and analyze performance metrics, sharing insights and recommendations to optimize impact. Strong experience in partnership management, business development, or channel programs.



Fluent in both Spanish and English languages Skilled in building a healthy partner pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, and relationship development. Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
