I'm Mélody, and I lead Customer Success at MeetingPackage. I'm looking for a Customer Success Manager fluent in Spanish and English to join our lovely team of 6 (soon to be 8) in Spain.
As a Customer Success Manager, you'll be our customers' primary point of contact, owning the end-to-end relationship, building trust and helping them hit their targets to drive retention and long-term value.
You'll build and maintain strong customer relationships with our existing customers to drive retention, renewal and long-term account growth. run regular, data-driven business reviews with your champions and decision-makers to cover adoption, performance and ROI, and align on priorities and our roadmap.
You'll use AI daily to prep business reviews, spot account risks and draft follow-ups, and help shape how our Customer Success team works with it.
