For the past 35 years SFERA has been the Spanish and Italian market leader in marketing and communication towards young and future parent. Sounds complex but it's actually very simple we are a media Company with the following two specificities: We own our own media channels (Sampling, Data, Print, Online...) under the brand Mi Bebé y yo Since short we are part of the European N2COM group active across Europe. Own the P&L; for our operations in Spain and Italy and report to HQ in Brussels Build out efficient processes to streamline back office and marketing activities. An analytical and structured team player A good understanding of media & advertising (Previous work experience is a plus) A strong motivation and resilience to develop the business Fluent in Spanish & English, Italian is bonus Previous P&L; ownership is a plus Experience in the maternity and baby sector is a bonus.
