Cross-functional support to other general services and FMRE Spain service lines.
The goal is to ensure efficiency, cost control, excellence in the employee experience, and continuous improvement.
Main activitiesWaste management, auxiliary services, company cars, catering and vending in Getafe.
Monitoring and improvement of KPIs (quality, satisfaction, incidents, service times, etc.). Supervision of contractual compliance and SLAs with suppliers.
Analysis of consumption data, trends, and optimization opportunities.
Budget management and cost control.
Action plan management.
Up to 3 years of experience in supplier management.
Experience in KPI management and data analysis.
Experience in vendor and contract management.
Proficiency in Microsoft and Google analysis tools.
Project management.
Knowledge of SLAs and service contracts.
English level B2 or higher.
Valued Extras (Nice-to-have):Experience in medium/large industrial or corporate environments.
