About The Role
As a People Operations Specialist, you'll be one of the go?functional projects. Onboarding, offboarding, documentation and contract changes, you run the key moments and improve them as you go.
Employee data, workflows and troubleshooting, so our processes live in the system instead of in someone's head.
Employment law, collective agreement, working time records and audits, handled before they become urgent.
Headcount, turnover and absenteeism data, the inefficiencies you spot along the way, and the fix you actually propose.level Spanish and solid English is a must Labor topics and providers in Spanish, our international teams in English.
Good understanding of Spanish labor law.
