Plant Manager : a hands-on operational leader responsible for production, manufacturing operations, logistics/dispatch and maintenance. The position leads 2-3 key direct reports (Production, Process/Plant and Maintenance) and operates in a demanding environment with raw material shortages, automated processes and frequent changes in production priorities driven by sales. Lead the plant's daily operations, covering production, logistics/dispatch and maintenance, and ensure targets for safety, quality, cost and service are met. Manage, develop and coach the Production, Process/Plant and Maintenance leads, building a high-performance and accountable team. Adapt production planning quickly to changes in sales priorities and raw material availability, working closely with Sales,



Supply Chain and Purchasing. Define, monitor and report plant KPIs, and present results and improvement plans to management. Ensure compliance with health and safety, quality and environmental standards. 4+ years of experience as Plant Manager or in a similar operations leadership role in a manufacturing environment, ideally Consumer Goods or FMCG. Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams across production, maintenance and logistics. Experience in automated production environments. Solid knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies. Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making. Fluent Spanish and English. A key leadership role with real impact on the plant's results and transformation.
