About the Role
We are looking for a German SpeakingCustomer Service Specialist to join an international team in Sofia, Bulgaria.
In this role, you will support German-speaking customers with billing-related inquiries while delivering a professional and customer-focused experience.
This is a great opportunity for someone with strong communication skills who would like to develop their career in an international environment.
The position is initially on-site in Sofia, with the possibility for top performers to move to a hybrid work model after 4 months.
