full time in January **The successful Intern will:Join a growing team with strong leadership, bright, energetic people with a truly entrepreneurial spiritGain experience in M&A; research and engagement support for our Transaction Advisory GroupGain exposure to international projects on behalf of many of the most prominent organisations across worldwideWe operate as a Integral team and the individual will also gain insight to projects in the UK and internationally.
How you will contribute:Performing research on potential targets and helping prepare "points of view" documents on such targetsAssisting on managing intelligence on forthcoming deals, and working on targeting of private equity firms, private equity held businesses, and large corporates active in M&AThere; would also be some scope to assist on financial due diligence assignments.
Qualificatons:Fluent business level in English and Spanish is essentialExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficient with Excel, Word and PowerPointStrong interest in a career within Transactions Advisory.
