We are looking for an experienced HR professional for our European business area. You will support our companies throughout Europe and Africa, so we can imagine your place of work being in greater metropolitan area of Madrid (Spain). The HR Business Partner / Manager for the Business Units supports both strategic and operational HR topics, acting as a key liaison between the BU and the general HR organization. The role reports functionally to Global HR (dotted line) and disciplinarily to the VP Finance BU (solid line), ensuring alignment with corporate HR standards while addressing local business needs.
Provide day-to-day HR support to managers and employees within the Business UnitDrive recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition and development initiativesPlan and execute HR marketing activities to strengthen employer brandingDesign and deliver training and development programs for employees and do the succession planningManage compensation structures and benefit programs for all non-managerial staffEnsure compliance with labor laws and internal policiesSupport performance management and employee relationsRoll out global HR initiatives, programs, and systems within the BUMaintain HR data and contribute to reporting and analyticsOwn FTE planning and personnel cost management for the BUAct as a trusted advisor on organizational and people topicsYour experiences and competencies.
Several years of experience in a generalist HR role, ideally in an international or matrix organizationSolid understanding of labor law, HR processes,



and compliance requirementsProven experience in development, performance management, and change managementFamiliarity with compensation & benefits structures and HR marketing strategiesExperience in rolling out HR initiatives and project workStrong interpersonal and communication skills across all levels of the organizationHigh level of self-organization, ownership, and solution orientationAnalytical thinking and confidence in working with HR KPIs, FTE planning and personnel cost controlAbility to balance global standards with local business needsFluent in English, both written and spokenOur offer.
