Manage the product relationship with alternative payment methods across physical and online channels, including Bizum, MBWay, i DEAL, Alipay, We Chat and Pay Pal. Translate customer and partner needs into viable product capabilities, configurations and improvements, connecting business requirements with internal Product and Technology teams. Drive product evolution by identifying recurring implementation gaps, friction points and opportunities for automation and simplification across integration, activation, operation, support and billing. Analyse market trends and payment ecosystem developments to identify opportunities to introduce or evolve alternative payment methods and adapt existing solutions to different business models. Support commercial conversations with customers by translating business needs into clear technical-functional proposals,



presenting new capabilities and gathering feedback to inform future product development. Experience in acquiring, PSPs, payment fintechs, merchant/acquiring banking, payment technology providers or POS / Android POS / Soft POS integration environments. (Education Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering, Industrial Engineering or another related technical field. (Languages English at a high professional level, with the ability to work in an international environment and understand technical documentation. (Spanish at a high professional level. (Knowledge of physical payment acceptance technologies, including Android POS, Soft POS and m POS. (Knowledge of integrations through APIs, SDKs and App2 App, including REST APIs, request/response concepts, webhooks, JSON payloads and API/SDK documentation. (Experience working with Jira and documentation or work-management tools. (Knowledge of Network Tokenization and emerging technologies within the payments ecosystem. (Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, Python, Go, Ruby or similar languages. (Ability to collaborate cross-functionally across Product, Technology, Commercial and Operations teams.
