Verisure is seeking a motivated Learning & Development enthusiast to join the Group L&D; team in Madrid.
You will support administration of learning programmes, maintain trackers, coordinate calendars and logistics, and assist with day-to-day L&D; operations.The role involves managing learning platforms (Coursera/Workday), data quality checks, training communications, and providing employee support across initiatives in a general, multi-language environment.
Hybrid work included.
