Manager, 3PL Systems & Integration that sits within the MTSC Transformation W&T; pillar, is responsible for deploying standard definition and integration of Warehouse Management System (WMS) capabilities across 3PL-operated distribution sites within the future-state asset-light operating model.
The position is responsible for defining business process integration requirements, operational workflows, and interaction models between J&J; and 3PL WMS environments to ensure consistent and scalable execution across the integral distribution network.
This includes aligning warehouse processes, operational standards, data requirements, and system interaction points across Order-to-Cash, warehouse operations, and logistics partner processes.
The role works closely with global Transformation W&T;, 3PL Partner Excellence, Regional Deliver Teams, IT and Digital to ensure that 3PL WMS integration approaches support operational requirements, process consistency, and transformation objectives.
