To support our growth in the Spanish region, we are looking for someone who can build strong partnerships, develop sustainable networks, and unlock new business opportunities together with agencies, affiliates, and technology partners.
Your ImpactAs a Partner Manager, you will play a key role in expanding our partner ecosystem across the Spanish region. Identify new business opportunities and strategically expand our partner network.
Engage and activate existing partners, create joint success plans, and improve their performance.
Analyze partner and campaign performance and derive data-driven optimization measures.

Your Profile
3-5+ years of experience in Partner Management, Business Development,



Affiliate Marketing, or Sales, ideally within the Spanish market and with an established agency network.
Strong commercial acumen, including experience in partner activation, upselling, and indirect sales channels, with exposure to performance marketing and agency-led lead generation.
Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing tools such as Salesforce and HubSpot.
Fluent Spanish (C2) and good English skills (B2). Combine adaptable remote work with team time in the office. 3 days in the office and two remote.
