What we're looking for:Strong commercial experience as anAI/ML EngineerExperience building and deployingLLM / Generative AI applicationsRAG, embeddings and vector databasesExperience withAI agents / Agentic AIFamiliarity with frameworks such asLangChain, LangGraph or LlamaIndexStrong understanding ofML/LLM deployment and MLOpsExperience withAWS, Azure or GCPDocker / Kubernetes experience beneficialStrong API and backend integration experienceFinTech, banking, payments or other regulated-industry experience is highly desirableWe're particularly interested in engineers who can go beyond experimentation and have experience takingAI solutions from prototype through to scalable production environments .
